Well this is a developed website and thats where the value for the domain is. Nice design, nice domain and the rest depends on traffic and revenue.

This is easily the second best minisite name on the planet. The TLD actually adds value to the domain, though .com is king. The minisite business itself is huge and enables easy monetization via services or ready to use sites. Easily worth $1000 to the right buyer.

This is a new buzzword domain, with google announcing plans of indexing data within flash. While it will be a good thing for the web, don't know how this domain will be used to monetize the fact. I'd say this is worth $50 or so.
